In brief: Apple to offer golden ticket

Apple is planning a Willy Wonka-style competition. The prize won't be a visit to a chocolate factory but a new Mac of your choice every year for five years.

The 'golden tickets' will be signed by Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple, and hidden in the packaging of five machines - one for each continent.
