Voyager unveils automatic SLA monitoring service

By Dominic Maher

Published: 29 July 1999 16:21 BST

Voyager Networks has launched a managed service designed to provide IT departments with the ability to keep track of service-level agreements (SLAs).

The company claims its NetRemote Pro package eradicates the need for network managers to manually review supplier performance.

NetRemote Pro produces workflow, trend analysis and fault-reporting information to help maintain network optimisation.

The service is managed remotely from Voyager's network operations centre in Warwickshire, England.
