Data Fellows launches centrally managed anti-virus protection software

Data Fellows is launching a product that will manage up to three sets of anti-virus software on a network.

It uses F-Secure framework management software will allow users to run three types of security software at once without slowing down performance. The company claims that the use of three types of scanner - Orion, AVP and F-Prot gives "industry-leading detection".

The system uses BackWeb technology to automatically send virus updates to the security server.
