Hewlett-Packard (HP) has released its SureStore k rack-optimised data protection system for the backup of rack-mounted servers.
The system is designed for standard mid-range and high-end rack-mounted servers and is hot pluggable so drives can be exchanged without the need to shut down the system.
The k rack includes HP's One-Button disaster recovery software along with its TapeAssure and TapeAlert management package.
