ADC has started the rollout of a $1m contract with StarHub - Singapore's newest telco.
The company's Metrica/NPR network performance management software system will analyse data from StarHub's fixed and wireless networks and calculate performance of cell sites and services.
Information can be analyzed over any given time period and summarized in forecasting reports.
The first phase, for the GSM system, is already complete and the second stage for the wireline components is under way.
The operator is expected to go live 1 April with a range of fixed and mobile telephony services.
