Apple has released a security update designed to fix a recently uncovered graphics vulnerability.

It also issued Mac OS X version 10.3.5 - a minor upgrade to Mac OS X - via the operating system's built-in updating feature.

The new version increases support for disks that are formatted using the NTFS file system and revamps the Mail and Image Capture applications. It also adds updated drivers for graphics chips from ATI Technologies and Nvidia as well as compatibility with more devices with FireWire and USB connections.

There are also several improvements to the way the operating system works with hardware connected via Bluetooth wireless technology, Apple said.
