Microsoft unveiled the first new PCs and laptops designed for the Windows Vista operating system at the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas this week. The new computers from HP, Medion, Sony and Toshiba will run the high-end versions of Vista, which is released on general availability on 30 January.
