The number of times that We have had to wait for HP recovery discs to arrive from
Hungary! Because the customer doesn't know how to create a recovery disc from the partition.. They have no discs, no knowledge and no hope in Hell! When your hard drive fails, you lose the recovery partition... If your computer is insured.. the insurance doesn't cover the cost of a recovery cd for your machine! An extra cost to the customer... They just want all their data back and pay nothing. Non-customer friendly companies such as yourselves make a starving computer engineers' job even more thankless
