From what I read in India, they are very pleased with the pay, even though it is 1/10th that of USA pay.

I think the sweatshop accusation may fit the same. If corporations in the USA think as HP's Carly does, that the USA must lower its wages to be globally competitive, why don't they also try to equalize the other countries with the USA by paying the same as paid in the USA? Carly's only out for profit for herself, and she doesn't value US citizenship at all. Other CEOs believe the same way - see http://www.cspp.org/
