What about AMD?

Aren't AMD processors cheaper than equivalent Intels, with excellent mobile power management and - as the counter culture player with innovative architecture - the ideal partner for Apple...?

Call me conservative if you like but I don't wanna see that stupid blue "Intel Inside" (ding ding ding ding) logo on my next Apple Powerbook (powered by Centrino etc etc).

Still, the idea of a dual boot Windoze / OS X Mac is tempting.
