Haven't these guys heard of patent crosslicensing? They each have patents that in the end will both have to be enforced or they both loose by having a weaker patent portfolio. This is corporate suicide or just plain something I'm not seeing means it makes sense? They both have been using each other patents - that's not the arguement. It's that they each want royalities on their own while not paying the other that is a waste of the court's time.
