While the physics sounds impressive, I don't suppose this will translate to a clock rate of 250THz, at least not uniformly across the device. I guess there will have to be improvements in bus technology to take full advantage of this sort of speed increase. Maybe the same improvements will also make optical bus technology a practicality?
