How ridiculous, to admit your expectations for a keynote address are unrealistic, and to ignore the context of the address even as you mention it (aimed at DEVELOPERS, not consumers), and then to complain that it didn't WOW you.

This was a WORKING conference - not a consumer expo. These developers are paying the big bucks to get face time with Apple engineers, not to fly into a tizzy over new hardware.

And Apple didn't set up the WWDC for the benefit of the adrenaline-addicted press.

All around lame writing, lame thinking, lame story.

Steve hasn't "lost his magic."

He IS running a multi-billion dollar company and preparing for many many changes to come - including his eventual succession to other roles.
