Richard, I agree. The trend towards teleworking will continue, the result of many factors - environmental considerations, the shifting work/life expectations of the next generation, ubiquitous wireless connectivity and so on. My point is that this trend won't lead inexorably towards a totally decentralised, office-free world. Instead, the office will become the centre for collaboration and creativity, just one of a range of work settings, to be selected according to its suitability to the task in hand.
