At Bracknell we have also addressed the server estate by using Vmware to consolidate the entire server estate, this has led to a 20% power reduction in 6 months with a 50% reduction predicted in 2 years, we have consolidated 100 servers to date and even powered off one air con unit. So to conclude we have addressed the client and server side of computing together.
