I agree with Louise Wheeler. The fact that Macs may be bought as a high-quality, longer-term investment makes a lot of sense, particularly when coupled with the ability of an out-of-the-box Intel Mac, properly configured, to boot into both OS-X and Windows. I'm constantly surprised by the number of PC users who still don't know this.

A good time for Apple to up the ante on that particular score, perhaps?
