The US Federal Trade Commission has handed a stiff fine to memory drive maker, Iomega for not complying with mail order regulations.
The vendor agreed to pay $900,000 to settle charges that it had violated consumer protection rules by failing to publish information on user rights if delivery was delayed.
The commission also accused Iomega of being slow in refunding money and unlawfully charging for order cancellations.
