US customer contact technology supplier, Rockwell Electronic Commerce, is providing America Airlines with the technology platform for their customer relationship management (CRM) strategy.
Providing products for the airline's 5,000 national reservation agents, the multimillion dollar deal will furnish the US outfit with call centre applications, computer telephony integration (CTI) and Internet solutions.
Rockwell will be the managing force behind the 100 million plus calls that are received each year.
