Welsh agency to invest £4m in workflow system

The Welsh Environment Agency plans to invest up to £4m into a document management system.

It will be implementing a system for imaging and workflow but is also looking to revise its current working practices. The agency is taking tenders for a five-year contract which will include the procurement, installation, training, maintenance and support of the system.
