American Airlines has extended its US online booking service to the UK.
Previously available to US residents only, with all prices in dollars, customers in the UK can now view ticket price information in sterling, and reserve and book flights online.
The site offers users a personalised home page, and is located at http://www.aa.com .
Meanwhile, shares in ebookers.com have been priced at $18. The European online travel company has completed its IPO on Nasdaq with the issue of 3,400,000 American Depositary Shares.
