Black Ice Software has teamed up with Hewlett-Packard (HP) to provide its Impact ColorFax Lite software to users for free.

Customers can download the software from the Internet and then fax in colour using compatible HP colour fax products.

The software allows communication between colour to colour fax machines and also has the ability to scan photographs into a PC and fax them on to partners and customers. The package runs on Windows NT and Windows 95/98.
