Jo Lernout and Pol Hauspie, the men behind the troubled company, reportedly spent Thursday night behind bars in Bruges.
An extraordinary shareholders' meeting today is expected to address the reasons behind the company's collapse.
The public prosecutor's office in Ypern, where the company is based, was unable to confirm the reports.
