Nine out of ten of the UK's fastest growing technology companies are IT firms, according to the latest Sunday Times league table.
The top spot went to Raw Communications, a video streaming provider which supplies presentations to fund managers.
The main criterion for selection in the league was sales growth between 1998 and 2000, with Raw Communications managing an annual increase of 422 per cent, with sales totalling just over £3m in 2000.
Second and third places went to ISP, Attenda, and telecoms software developer Cramer Systems.
