Palm is also hoping the device appeals to consumers with an organisational bent, "who want to stay on top of their professional and personal lives".

The Treo Pro has a touchscreen, full Qwerty keyboard and comes with a removable battery that Palm says is good for up to five hours of talk time per charge. It also has wi-fi and GPS.
