What is it:
Wireless mouse with multi-device USB receiver

Typical price:
£30

We like:
Notched wheel allows for vertical and horizontal scrolling; Unifying receiver pairs easily with other compatible Logitech peripherals; power button conserves battery life

We don't like:
Pricier than many other mobile mouses; no thumb buttons

The judgement:
The Wireless M505 Mouse is a good choice for anyone using Logitech's Unifying USB transceiver, which also works with some of the company's keyboards, but it's slightly too expensive considering its lack of extra buttons
