Rather than building endless electronic defences, how about disarming those with malicious intent? Let's make life better for employees, citizens, the Third World, species, children, old people, youth, the sick and so on. Then fewer might want to smash up bus shelters, or the corporate and global equivalents. If people liked the world they wouldn't want to destroy it so much.
