Having used the palm TREO with Good technology and the new Blackberry 6700 I would commend Blackberry on great software for emails, but shocking useability, no touch screeen, mixing all SMS, sent confirmations, missed calls, emails into one view that can be sorted is a real pain and is sure to lead to missing items. And the key board compares to the Palm is a real challenge. That said the palm phone was prone to crash. So we are still come way off a truely great single device.
