So if NTP don't accept a financial settlement, Win the injunction, the Gartner "FUD" hits home and basically put Rim/Blackberry out of business then the advantage of having the patent is what ?? I have always wondered why patent something if you are going to do nothing with it unless you then sell the patent for money ... which seems fair, after all the patent owner should be rewarded .. but if you just go "Ive got the most toys .. I win and I'll sit in the corner on my own" ... who "wins" ...

Guess it's the legal sharks win-win ... us poor SAPS who already have the Blackberry, as good as it is, will be getting the XMAS Acrylic paperweight making kit out and embalming our Blackberrys ... SORT IT OUT Guys !!!
