Inquiry to search for Hong Kong airport bugs

An independent inquiry is to be set up to discover the cause of the continuing problems at Hong Kong's new Chek Lap Kok airport.
Systems faults are still dogging the freight-handling system and all imports and exports have been stopped for eight days to get rid of the backlog.
