Linuxcare to look after open source RS/6000 training

IBM has appointed Linuxcare to provide training and technical support for its RS/6000 range of products.
Linuxcare will offer four levels of support or customised support to IBM customers.
President and CEO of Linuxcare, Fernand Sarrat, said in a statement: "The fact that IBM, the number one server vendor in the world, is now offering high-performance Linux servers is powerful validation for Linux in the enterprise."
IBM now claims it has 150 Linux engineers handling implementation and ongoing support
