Microsoft displayed its Surface technology at the Microsoft booth in the Central Hall. It featured interactive wine software that works with a Surface-integrated table to "read" glasses of wine. The software delivers food pairing recommendations, tannin information and a map of where the wine is made. You can even email the wine's name to yourself from the table!
