The man at the centre of the latest email scandal to hit the headlines, Trevor Luxton, has quit his job with Credit Lyonnais.
Luxton, 22, had been suspended on full pay by his employers, while it conducted an investigation into the affair.
Luxton had been accused of sending an email describing his sexual exploits to a group of friends - an email which ended up being forwarded to tens of thousands of people earlier.
Luxton's message described how a friend's ex-girlfriend performed a sex act on him while he spoke to his fiancée on the telephone.
Credit Lyonnais said in a statement: "[The company] has accepted the resignation of Trevor Luxton, there will be no further comment."
