As somebody interested in Family History, records are already available giving occupations, ranks, cause of death etc. The index in the Family Record Centre can easily point you to the reference where a full certificate of anybody you wish can be obtained for a fee. From again the family historian viewpoint, the database will only give you limited information, and only relatives will be able to obtain the full details. There are also time limitations being proposed to avoid data being available on those that may still be alive.
