BT want to concentrate on delivering a phone service. I reported our business line faulty (out of use) and was told after a check that it must be our phone system as the line was clear. Reluctantly they came out to look at our system (?????????????) and then it turned out to be a problem up the pole which is 40 years away. Because the pole is so close their computer system won't pick it up as an outrside fault. This means everytime the line goes dead and it is a problem up the pole (happened before)we will be told it is OUR problem not theirs and there will be a delay in fixing problem!! Pants!
